    Roll away beds and baby cots

    Please get in contact with our reception staff to ensure we can accommodate your request, there are some rooms where it is not possible to fit in an additional bed due to the size of the room.

    Parking

    We have 6 parking spots available on a first come first serve basis. We do NOT reserve these and have a very strict no double parking policy. There is some off street parking available if you are not able to use our private parking. It is timed during certain times of the day, and we recommend you observe the parking restriction to avoid getting a ticket.

    Air Conditioning

    As we are an older style building we do NOT offer air conditioning. We do our best to make the rooms comfortable for our guests by providing fans and heaters and additional blankets when necessary.

    Cancellation Policy

    We are 100% pre-paid and non-refundable. Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room will not be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.

    Covid 19 Policy

    In the event of travel being limited due to a government travel restriction, we will cancel your booking and hold credit for you to use at a later date. Please contact us BEFORE your arrival date so we can apply the Covid Credit to your booking.
